What do you mainly work here?

‍

• Keep product and spare part inventory accurate and reconcile both inventory systems as well as physical stock checking.
• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
• Manage package shipment and coordinate with logistics suppliers.
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

‍

• Graduated in Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or related field
• Own a vehicle (motorcycle/car) to commute between 2 warehouse

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• 1-3 Years experience in warehouse management
• Able to implement & comply with 5S standard
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate..
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in spreadsheet i.e. Google sheets, Excel
