Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, with a proven track record in executing effective marketing strategies across digital advertising, e-commerce, and retail management. The ideal candidate will manage both direct and outsourced teams, responsible for strategic brand management and achieving measurable results through innovative campaigns. Experience with retail brands will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Direct marketing initiatives on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and major e-commerce sites, ensuring strategic use of analytics and advertising tools.
- Budget Management: Skillfully manage the marketing budget, allocate funds efficiently across campaigns to maximize ROI, and provide detailed tracking of spending.
- Content Strategy Development: Oversee a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals, optimizes content across various channels, and includes measurable KPIs.
- Team Performance Measurement: Implement robust KPIs to measure the performance of outsourced teams, ensuring accountability and quality in deliverables.
- Brand Management: Craft and execute brand management strategies that strengthen market presence and enhance customer engagement, justifying budget allocation effectively.
- Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to continually improve outcomes.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management position.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and familiarity with key advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Financial Acumen: Proven expertise in managing substantial marketing budgets, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and expense tracking.
- Outsourced Team Management: Experience in effectively managing outsourced teams, with a strong grasp of setting and evaluating performance metrics.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, proven track record of successful marketing execution, and results-driven strategy implementation.
